This exercise, this simple exercise target gluteal muscles and hamstrings as primary muscle group and abs, middle and lower back and lats as secondarily muscles group. To perform this exercise, lie on your back, place your arms to your sides at 45-degree angle and then using your abs while squeezing your glutes, raise your hips off of the floor forming straight line with your body, from shoulders to your knees.
