You will need:
- 4 Lemons
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbsp Grated Ginger
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 ltr. Water
Preparation and Usage:
Preparation of this remedy is very easy and simple. First, wash the lemons good and cut them on slices (preserve the rind too). Then, in one glass jar place the lemon slices (one on top of the other). The ones which are left, blend them together with garlic and the ginger. Add the blended mixture into a pan with 2 ltr of water and put on low heat. Stir occasionally until it starts to boil. Boil it for a few more minutes and then remove from heat and cover it.
When the liquid is cooled down, strain it into the jar with lemon slices. Now you can add 2 tbsp honey in the jar to sweeten it, close it and shake it for few minutes so the honey can dissolve easier. Place the jar in dark and cold place and let it stand for 2 days before you can start to use it. After that time, your natural remedy is ready.
When your remedy is ready for use, once in the morning, on an empty stomach and once before bedtime take 1 tsp of the liquid and eat one lemon slice.
