You will need:
- 200-300 ml. Water
- One Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Fresh Pineapple
- 1 Cup Oatmeal
- 200 ml. Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 50 g. Mix of Walnuts and Pumpkin Seeds
- 5 Tbsp Honey
Preparation is easy. First cook the oatmeal and then, together with all ingredients, except water, add it in a blender or food processor. Blend them well until you get homogeneous mixture. When is done, add the water, start with 200 ml. and blend for one more minute until you get nicely mixed smoothie. Depends by density, add additional 50-100 ml. water. (Adjust the density with water).
Your smoothie for healthy joints and tenders is ready. Drink one half of the smoothie in the morning and one before bedtime.
