You will need:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 large Avocado
- Pepper, Salt and Turmeric
First cut avocado in half and remove the seed. Then, scoop out the avocado a bit with a spoon, making bit more space for the eggs. Put just a bit of spices, pepper, salt and bit of turmeric on the avocado and when this is done, just crack the eggs into the avocado, and add bit more of the pepper and salt by taste and bit of turmeric on the top. Now put them into preheat oven at 250°C and bake for 15 minutes.
