A recent study conducted by a group of researchers from the University of California found that there is one ingredient that is found in different types of food, which contributes more than 35 million deaths worldwide each year.
Like you probably already guess, this food is sugar. There is a reason why people are calling sugar-white death. Evan sugar is not directly linked as main cause of cancer, sugar helps cancer cells to grow. Also, these researchers also found that the sugar as we know, is the cause of many health problems and diseases, such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, heart disease etc.
Sugar and corn syrup with high fructose (HFCS), are not found only in soft drinks, cakes and sweets. They are “hidden” in most foods that are processed, such as condiments and sauces. Sometimes, the sweetest ingredients in these foods, are masked as dextrose or corn syrup, which is probably genetically modified, instead of real sugar.

High fructose syrup is the main source of calories in America. In addition to being mercury-free, it is also known as carcinogenic, cancer cells feed on sugar after it is metabolized in the liver.
Sugar “feeds” cancer and sugar is something that most Americans use a lot on a daily basis – a high sugar corn syrup is first calorie choice.
Even children consume extraordinary amounts of sugar in the form of candy, soft drinks and even “harmless” sport drinks.
The amount is so extremely high that the average American consumes about 150 grams of sugar per day, and experts think that 15 grams or less is enough.
Sugar is not main cause of cancer, there are exposure to toxic chemicals and radiation, chronic stress, vaccines, lack of nutrients, genes and other agents, but sugar or HFCS definitely helps cancer cells to grow, so if you are worried for your health, for the possibility of getting cancer or if you have cancer then it is necessary to eliminate sugar from your menu.
