There are few words that makes people happy as the word “chocolate”.
Unfortunately, the cocoa loses much of its good properties when milk and refined sugar is added, such for preparation for commercial chocolates. But you can make yourself healthier chocolate treats, for example. puddings and brownie…here’s how.
Industrial chocolate are sweet and if you’ve ever tried chocolate with 99% cocoa you probably didn’t like its bitter taste. Even chocolate with 85% or 70% cocoa, which have already become standard, do not attract many customers as the sweeter, commercial (40% or less of cocoa). But the sweeter one are much less useful.
Here are some health benefits of cocoa, the main ingredient of chocolate:
– Improves mood by raising levels of serotonin and endorphins (hormones that influence the feeling of good mood and happiness)
– Contributes to weight loss
– Stimulates blood flow and helps prevent clotting (which can lead to heart attack or stroke)
– Lowers blood pressure
– Improves brain (cognitive function)
– Helps to reduce cell damage
So, here’s how to make the two chocolate treats, combined with other healthy ingredients that will keep almost all of these beneficial effects of cocoa:
The best thing about this recipe is that it has very few ingredients, and within an hour the cake is ready!
