Here we will present you one simple healthy drink, from ginger-Ginger Water, which burns excess fat on your waist, hips and thighs.
You will need:
- Ginger root (Medium size)
- 1.5 l. of water
Preparation and usage:
Pour water in a pan and put on fire. Until water starts to boil, clean the ginger root and cut in slices. When water starts to boil, put the ginger slices, cover the pan and keep on low heat for 15-20 minutes. When is done, remove from heat and let it cool and then add the lemon juice from 1 freshly squeezed lemon and stir well. Strain the mixture into glass bottle and keep in refrigerator.
Drink 2 Tbsp after every meal.
