So, cook some veggies in a way you like and also add some high-flavor add-ons and spices before throwing them in an oven or before frying them, add-ons besides regular salt and pepper, like garlic and olive oil or just olive oil, fresh herbs which may give whole different taste, oregano, curry, ginger, lemon juice etc. Simple, enhance the flavor of your meals, feel free to try variety of cooking methods and different add-ons and spices.

Think, if you have already prepared and chopped fruits or veggies, more likely you will grab them to make some healthy snack or to make some quick lunch using already washed and chopped veggies.
Eat healthy snacks
Like it or not, snacks are part of our diet so instead of trying to avoid unhealthy snacks such as packaged cookies, chips etc. replace them with healthy ones, such as individual packs of nuts, mix nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit etc.
Stop food guilt
One of the things that kills the pleasure while enjoying in tasty food is the feeling of guilt and thinking about scale and weight gain. Food is our fuel and it’s something we can’t live without, so stop judging yourself, just try to eat healthy and stay active.
