You will need:
– 100 grams of raisins
– 150 grams of walnuts
– 100 grams almonds
– 100 grams dried apricots
– 100 grams dried plumes
– 100 grams of pine nuts
– Rind of two lemons
– 300 grams of honey
* Grind: raisins, walnuts, almonds, pine nuts and lemon rind.
* In the mixture, add the juice of two lemons what we peel previously. Stir.
* Next, add the plumes and dried apricots. Stir.
* Finally, add honey and stir again.
Place in jar and let it stand in a dark place for 1-2 days.
For children older than 3 years – 1 teaspoon twice a day.
For adults: 1-2 tablespoons three times a day.
