Bread – food prepared from a dough, usually of flour and water and baked at certain temperature become a centerpiece of every meal, at least for most of the people.

Slowly but for sure, skin ages, cellulite appears and slowly start to form fat, hair and nails becomes unhealthy etc. Also, metabolism becomes disturbed due to unhealthy diet and deficit of nutritional balance.
In this article we present one recipe for sourdough bread that may slow aging and one healthy bread which is highly recommended for people who can’t imagine their diet without bread.
Healthy Homemade Sourdough Bread That Will Rejuvenate You
- 200 grams Buckwheat flour
- 200 grams of Whole-wheat flour (in the US) or wholemeal flour (in the UK)
- 100 grams Rye flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp ground Flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp dried or 1 tbsp fresh Rosemary
- 500 ml. water
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together, with the exception of cumin, knead dough by hand as when you are making regular bread, form the dough into a round ball and when is ready put the dough into a lightly oiled plastic bowl and cover it good (cover with clean cloth or plastic wrap) and let it overnight to ferment at room temperature or to stay at least 8 hours if you are preparing it during the day. Following day, in a preheat oven to 250 degrees, put the dough into a suitable tray which is previously covered with a baking paper and bake for 45 minutes. You can add the cumin on top of the dough before putting it in the oven. The duration of baking depends from the size of the baking pan and how thick bread is so it may vary between 30-60 minutes.
