Low blood pressure, however, is not dangerous, but can be very intimidating. Weakening of concentration, exhaustion and fatigue seriously damaging the quality of life. Symptoms of circulatory disorders are manifested when the brain does not reach a sufficient amount of blood.
Fortunately, against these problems mainly help home remedies, so you do not need to use synthetic medication. Also, other method which helps for better circulation is Hot and Cold water therapy.
That it is not a myth, it’s confirmed by scientific research, who agree that hot and cold water has effect on the peripheral circulation. Hot water widen blood vessels while cold narrows them. Intermittent showers with hot and cold water, in some way, are forcing the capillaries on one type of gymnastics, which ultimately leads to skin firming. Contact with hot and cold water also strengthens immune system for regulating body temperature, helping the body to easily adopt on sudden changes in temperature.
So, if you suffer from low pressure and have poor circulation, the simplest way to help yourself is to take shower with hot and cold water.
You don’t need to shower your entire body with hot or cold water, just apply on your hands. You can also do this therapy with 2 plastic bowls with hot and cold water (you can place ice pack in a bow with cold water to make sure is cold enough).
First, shower both hands with warm water for few minutes / or put them one by one in plastic bowl with warm water, depends how you are using this method, and when you are done with warm water, then put them briefly under running cold water or in a plastic bowl with cold water one by one (entire forearm, from the wrist to the elbow). Shower them with cold water or keep them in cold water bowl for 20-30 seconds then repeat the procedure several times, always ending with cold water, but make sure you don’t keep them no more than few minutes total time under cold water.
This way, as we mentioned already above, hot water widen blood vessels while cold narrows them and in this way you improve your circulation.
You can apply this procedure for varicose veins on your legs also, because under the influence of temperature changes veins strengthen.
This method is also useful for recovering muscles, allowing more blood to reach into tissue.
