Air conditioner really help us to overcome the heat and humid days, but, when it comes to health, the question is do we have benefit from their use or opposite? Many people believe that we have negative benefits, no matter how much it saving us from the heat. There are benefits of air conditioning also. They create a pleasant atmosphere in your home during the hot summer days, regardless of the outdoor heat. They reduces prickly heat and hay fever, from which allergic people suffer. A quality air conditioning system purifies the air, reduces humidity and bad odors.
Reduced overhead air conditioning can reduce power consumption. Increase i temperature only by 2-3 degrees will reduce its power consumption by 50%.
Of course, important is moderate and proper usage. Pay attention in difference between outside and inside temperature, adjust it just enough that will make you feel pleasant. Try to avoid standing or sitting in front of the air-con. Also, maintain regular cleaning and change filters regularly.
