Once your fermentation process in done and your SCOBY is removed from the vessel or jar, feel free to add fresh aggregate fruits like strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or some citrus fruit cut on slices, like lemon, orange etc. For each cup of kombucha, add 1 tbsp fresh fruit or you can use frozen fruit or fruit juice as well. Leave the bottled kombucha to ferment for additional 10 days at room temperature.
Same as fruit flavored kombucha, you can pump your kombucha with spices as well. Simple add the spice you want or some fresh herbs into your vessel, add sugar and fill with kombucha and then cap tightly. Use 2 tsp spice or herbs per 1 liter of kombucha. Shake well for a minute and then let it culture until is carbonated to your wish, usually few days up to a week are enough. When is done, strain the kombucha in order to remove the spice or herbs, pour it into a bottles and refrigerate them. Serve cold with a slice or citrus fruit.

This is more than simple, just substitute green tea bags, of course organic ones and don’t use those flavored with oils because that oil may contain chemicals that will negatively affect the brewing process and in worst case scenario may even harm your SCOBY.
