Snoring can be caused by many reasons, but mostly is caused due to excess mucus.

For this you will need:
- 2 Apples
- 2 Carrots
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1 small piece Ginger (1 inch)
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
Preparation is very easy and simple, just like ordinary juice. Simple blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor, pour in a glass and drink one glass several hours before bedtime.
