You will need:
- 200 g. Ginger (finely chopped)
- 500 ml. Bottled water
- 100 ml. Sparkling water
- 50 ml. Lemon juice
- 50 ml. Maple syrup
- 50 g. Honey
First bring the 500 ml bottled water to boil and then add the ginger and let it stand for 10 minutes on medium heat and stir occasionally. After that, remove from heat, cover it and let it stand for additional 15 to 20 minutes to cool of. Meanwhile, in some small bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together. When boiled water with ginger is cold enough, strain it and add the mixture from the bowl and mix well and then pour into a glass bottle. Feel free to add few slices of lemon to taste.
Your drink is ready, consume it once during the day, one glass preferably after lunch. Keep the bottle in refrigerator. When is done after 2-3 days, make another bottle.
