All people, especially women wish to have clean and smooth skin. Still, it’s is very common for lot of people to have blackheads, who are very annoying. There are some blackheads which are soft and can be easily removed and some of them are found to be more difficult. Today on market we can find a lot of cosmetics for skin care and also for acne or blackheads and most of them works, but, the problem is that they cost lot of money and they contain synthetic chemicals which can irritate our skin, especially for people who have sensitive skin.
In this article we bring you one natural treatment for blackheads which will cost you no money, it’s very simple to be prepared and used and most important, it won’t irritate your skin. All you need are few ingredients which most of us have them already in our homes.
You will need:
- Toothpaste (Mint)
- Few ice cubes
In small plastic bowl put 1 Tbsp salt and 2 Tbsp Mint Toothpaste. Salt is a natural antibacterial agent and is great for exfoliating the skin. Mint in the toothpaste on other side, will open your pores and will kill any bacteria. After you place this quantity in a plastic bowl, mix them good until they blend together. On a clean face, apply from the paste, gently rubbing the spot (Nose for example, where usually blackheads are mostly found) and leave it for 10 min. After this time, clean your face with clean water, gently massaging with your fingers in circular motion. At the end, rub the spot with an ice cube (this will close the open pores). Tap dry with clean towel. If you have dry skin, you can apply moisturizer after the treatment.
Note:Keep in mind that your nose, for example, can turn up red, but this redness will disappear after a while so don’t worry, this is normal reaction.
