There are certain problems that are a serious threat to our health or brings us discomfort, problems like small burns or cuts, bad breath etc. Fortunately, these little problems can easily be eliminated by some effective and simple tricks.

Honey against a hangover
There are many effective natural ways to fight off the symptoms of a hangover. Grease a loaf of bread or a few crackers with honey and eat them. Fructose helps the body to speed up the processing of alcohol and honey has a high concentration of sugar. Besides honey, fructose include cherries, grapes and tomatoes.
Vinegar against cuts and insect bites
When you cut yourself, first wash the wound with water (use soap if your hands are greasy). Then, pour vinegar on a napkin or cotton pad and press it. The bleeding will stop, and the vinegar will prevent the occurrence of infections. Use vinegar also on insect bites.
Cold water on the hands as antiperspirant
Once you finish your workout, the brain takes longer to realize that you stop physical activity and probably you will continue to sweat intensively in the next half hour. To prevent this, soak hands and wrists in cold water. Keep ten seconds under the water, then take them out and reinsert them underwater.
Green tea against bad breath
Drinking green tea is an effective way to eliminate bad breath. Before you swallow, hold it in the mouth. It kills bacteria and also neutralize substances that cause the occurrence of odor.
Espresso against migraine
People who suffer from migraine know that there are some signs that give a sign that migraine occurs. In that period (before the migraine appear at full strength) you can help yourself by drinking espresso. The idea is to increase the flow of blood to the brain. So, next time, have a cup of espresso, a large glass of water and exercise for 20-30 minutes.
Warm compresses for dry eyes
If your eyes are dry and you have difficulty to hold them open, close them and put them on the hot coating. Hold it like 5-10 minutes and repeat the procedure several times a day.
Milk for small burns
If you have a small burn, let’s say on finger, immerse it in milk for 15 minutes or place a cloth on it, cloth that you previously sunk into the milk. The milk will reduce the pain, and will accelerate the healing process. After using the milk, wash the area with cold water.
