Lemon and Honey
In a glass of warm water, pour a teaspoon of honey and juice of half a lemon and drink it in small sips. This drink for weight loss speeds up the metabolism and accelerates the melting of fat and is particularly effective if it is consumed in the morning, half an hour before breakfast.
Lemon, Honey and Horseradish
Same as first combination, but here is included horseradish, so this is even better magic potion for weight loss. Mix 125g grated horseradish root with 4 tablespoons of honey and 3 lemons. Mix everything well and keep it in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Take 2 times a day with a meal.
Apples and Celery Salad
Grate 2 sour apples, 50 g celery root and slice of horseradish root and all mix well and season with kefir. This salad should be consumed instead of dinner.
Honey and Cinnamon
Boil for a few minutes teaspoon cinnamon in 2 dl of water and after when cools down add a teaspoon of honey and drink in sips.
This drink for weight loss is consumed twice a day: In the morning – half an hour before meals and at night – half an hour before bedtime.
Also, another way to use this combination is to mix 5 tablespoons of cinnamon powder with a pound of honey and take every morning 1 teaspoon, half an hour before breakfast.
– Take advantage of miraculous properties of fresh grated ginger. It has a pleasant taste and smell. Add it to tea or soup.
– Drink green tea, which is known to encourage the discharge of fluid from the body. The ideal quantity: 3 cups a day. To enhance the effect, add a little fresh ginger.
– Consume one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar at the beginning and end of a heavy meal. It is a great way to speed up weight loss and break down fat.
