Many of us simple love this fruit and use it as refreshment in hot summer days, but what about the seeds from the watermelon, the same seeds which we throw every time we consume this amazing fruit.

Recipe for consumation of watermelon seeds or ‘Watermelon Seed Tea’ is very simple and easy to make.
First, take approx. 50 watermelon seeds and bake them in preheat oven on 200C for 8-10 minutes. When they are baked, smash them or grind them in a food processor and add them in 2 liter of boiling water. Boil them for 20 minutes with lid covered. When all this is done, remove from heat and strain the liquid. Let the Tea cool a bit and then add 3-4 Tbsp honey as a sweetener. Stir until honey is disposed and pour the Tea into glass bottles. Consume 1-2 glasses on daily basis. Keep the bottles in refrigerator.
