Let’s back to our topic. The ”point of longevity” or ”the point of a hundred diseases” known as Zu San Li is located below the kneecap.
This longevity spot is located below the kneecap. To find this point, you should cover your knee with your palm of the same hand. The point is located between the ends of your little finger and ring finger, it is in a form of a small dent between the bones.

It is best to massage this point in the morning or before lunch, try to avoid massaging before bedtime, because it may cause insomnia. Simply massage it with circular movement in clockwise direction, 9 times of each leg. Massage should last approximately 10 minutes in total.
Before starting with the massage, you should be in sitting position and to be relaxed, without negative thoughts or tension. Breathe deeply and focus on your feelings.
