The most important causes of hypertension are stress and a wrong way of life. People who are usually under stress more often, suffer from high blood pressure, especially when under stress.
If the stress continues for a longer period, the pressure may remain constantly above normal. Irregular lifestyles, smoking and excessive consumption of intoxicants, coffee, tea, soft drinks, refined foods, ordinary table salt, destroys the normal course of life.

Proper nutrition and physical activity – winning combination
Physical activity plays an important role in the treatment of hypertension. Walking is an excellent form of exercise. It helps to remove tension, strengthens muscles and is beneficial for blood circulation. When blood pressure starts to show signs of decline, it should take more exercise, such as cycling, swimming and running.
As an adult, you should sleep 7-8 hours. As a young person (under 21), when you are in the development stage, therefore, when you want to get the muscles to become stronger ill if you are a woman, and you’re in good shape, you should sleep 8-9 hours. The room where you sleep should be quiet and not to be exposed to high noise. Silence during sleep is very important. If you live in a quiet area, it is better to open the window, at least in summer. Before you go to sleep you do not need much to eat. So, do not go to bed on a full stomach. It is good before bedtime to drink a cup of milk or a good calming tea. Then your dream will be more peaceful, more intense and healthier. Try, also, before bedtime to dispel negative thoughts!
