Anemia is a condition that many people have, especially women. Anemia can occur due to various reasons, some people are anemic from birth, others becomes during life due to various factors.
Anemia is a condition where there is a reduction and deficiency in the number of red blood cells or amount of hemoglobin (main part of red blood cells that binds oxygen) in the blood.
They are many types and causes of anemia. All of them are very different in their causes and of course, in their treatments. Today, in addition to this article, we present one ‘natural recipe’ that will help to treat anemia.
You will need:
- Dried Raisins – 100 gr.
- Dried Figs – 100 gr.
- Dried Apricot – 100 gr.
- Almonds – 100 gr.
- Honey – 100 gr.
- Lemon – 1 Fresh
Just add all dried fruits into a blender or food processor and blend them good. When they are blended good add the whole lemon which is previously washed good (with peel on) and blend again. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add the honey and stir well until you get nice homogenous mixture. When you are done, you can transfer the mixture into few smaller jars and keep them in fridge.
Take 1 teaspoon of the mixture every morning on an empty stomach.
