Sometimes colon may start to discharge slowly. This phenomenon occurs suddenly, when you change the usual habits and when you disturbed daily rhythm. You will need:
- 6-7 Prunes
- 1 Tbs Oat Flakes
- 1 Tbs Ground Flaxseed
- 1 Tbs Cocoa Powder
- 300 ml Kefir
Preparation:
Into hot boiling water add the prunes and boil them for 5 minutes. After that, let them cool first and then chop the plums and together with other ingredients, oat flakes, flaxseed and cocoa powder, add them in a bowl and pour the kefir and stir to mix. When everything is mixed well, let it stand overnight (in fridge) and tomorrow you have your breakfast.
Tomorrow morning, consume this breakfast on an empty stomach. Use this mixture instead of breakfast for 3-4 weeks.
