- 250 g fresh Lucerne Plant or Alfalfa (Medicago sativa)
- 2 kg Honey
- 1 liter Water
Preparation and Usage:
Boil the fresh lucerne in 1 liter water on low heat for about an hour. Keep the pan covered and stir occasionally. After an hour, remove from heat, let it cool and strain into a glass jar. Allow it to cool good and then add the honey and stir well until honey dissolve. Keep in mind that honey loses many healthy nutrients when is added in hot water. Now, when everything is done, keep the jar in a fridge.
Consume two tablespoons three times a day (after meal).
