Turmeric Lemonade Recipe
You will need:
- One Teaspoon of quality powdered turmeric (Organic)
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 500 ml. Sparkling Water
- 500 ml. Bottled Water
- Freshly Squeezed Juice from Three Oranges or Lemons
- Three Tbsp Honey (Natural sweetener)
Preparation is very simple and easy, like an ordinary lemonade. Add the 1 Tsp turmeric and little bit pepper, just to boost the absorption and healthy benefits of curcumin, into 1 liter water (half sparking/half bottled) and stir until turmeric and pepper are dissolved. Then add the honey and do the same and in the end, add the orange/lemon juice and stir again few times. When everything is mixed well, your lemonade is ready. Keep in a glass bottle into a refrigerator and serve with few slices of lemon or orange. This dosage (Four glasses) is suitable for one day. Consume it anytime during the day, but not more than 1 liter. Improvements should be visible in less than a week.
