Lie on your back and cross your left ankle over your right knee and extend your leg over your head. Then, reach your both hands below your knee and using your arm strength bring your knee towards your torso and hold it for few seconds. Repeat this for approx. 30 seconds to a minute and then repeat this exercise for other leg. Do x2 repetitions.
Lie on your back with your legs extended. Slowly bend one your knee while other leg is in a comfortable position and with both hands hold on to the sole of your foot. Then gently pull towards your torso or to be more precise, towards your shoulder as much as you can. Hold this position for 30 seconds and then repeat with other leg. Repeat this exercise twice for each leg. Also, you can do this exercise with both legs at same time.
Lie on your back with knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Then, thingten your butocks and roll your pelvis up flatten your upper back with the floor. Hold this position for few seconds and then repeat it again. Do 10-15 repetitions.
Lie on one side, left or right, with your lower arm bent under your head and your upper arm resting with hand on the floor. Then, bend your both knees and find neutral spine position. Gently, with slowly movement, raise upper leg and lower. Do 10-15 repetitions and then repeat on other leg.
