Sit upright, tilt your head back and look towards the ceiling. Purse your lips as you want to kiss the ceiling. Keep your lips in this position for about 10 seconds. Repeat this exercises five times each day.
Open your mouth as much as you can and stay in this position for ten seconds and then close your mouth. Try with lower lips to cover your upper teeth and hold it for five seconds. This will tighten your skin and strengthen the neck muscles. Repeat both for ten times.
You can do this exercises by sitting or standing. Take a deep breath and tilt your head to the side so that your chin touches your shoulder. Exhale slowly while you are going back to starting position. Do the same on other side. Repeat this 10 times each day.
