Cooked veal with vegetables:

Zucchini add at the end. All together cook until tender (30 minutes).
Take meat out, cut and serve with cooked vegetables, seasoned with olive oil, a liquid in which you cooked the meat and vegetables serve as a soup in which thicken the rice or noodles.
