You will need:
- 1 Cauliflower,
- Parmesan cheese (finely grated),
- 1 Egg,
- 1 Tbsp Oregano,
- 1 Tbsp Basil,
- 1 Tbsp Garlic powder,
- 1/2 Tbsp Salt,
- 1/2 Cayenne.
- Pizza sauce,
- Fresh mozzarella cheese.
First, remove the leaves from the cauliflower. Cut around the underside of the head removing the core. Detach the florets and cook them in water for about 5 minutes. After let them cool and then, ground them in food processor or blender, just make sure is very finely ground. When you are done, transfer it into napkin and squeeze all the water out. When done, transfer it into a bowl and add 1 egg, bit of finely grated parmesan cheese and the rest of ingredients (Oregano, Basil, Garlic powder, Salt and Cayenne). Mix everything well and make a dough from it, something which looks like bread dough. When all is done, put it on baking paper (use parchment paper to avoid sticking). Place plastic on top, and press until you get nice looking round shape, approximately quarter inch thick.
Bake your cauliflower pizza in preheated oven on 200 celsius degrees (400 fahrenheit) for 25-30 minutes, until it gets golden brown color. When is done, let it cool and you are ready to build your pizza, same as regular pizza. Put sauce first all around, add pepperoni and fresh mozzarella cheese and you can add finely grated parmesan cheese at the end. Bake again in preheated oven on 250 celsius degrees for 10 minutes and your Cauliflower Pizza is ready.
