For all soup lovers here is one delicious recipe.
LCHF Recipe: Veal and vegetable soup
– 300 g veal (cut into cubes)
– 2 Onions
– 1 Bay leaf
– 2 tbsp salt
– 200 ml of melted cashew cheese
– Coconut oil
– Milled oats
Chop the onion, carrot, celery and cook for a while on low heat. Put chopped veal and fry till get little bit brown on both sides. Pour 5 glasses of water in it. Pour few more times a glass of water if is necessary. Put salt and pepper to taste and bay leaf. Cook for 20 minutes on mid heat. Meanwhile, heat the oil, when starts boiling put and mix milled oats and stir (also milled flax can be used if want). Allow to heat for 5 minutes (try and add salt and spices if needed). Remove from heat, leave for 10 minutes to cool and pour it into pan and stir as in regular soup preparation. Put a little parsley over the soup before serving.
