Resting Your Eyes
Rest is always good, for us, for our body and in this case, for our eyes. Try to give your eyes a break few times a day. Simply close your eyes for at least few minutes and relax. This is especially important if your job is to spend a day in front of computer screen.
Spend More Time Outdoor
Spending time in nature is perfect for our overall health and entire body including our eyes. You probably know that looking at a green color make your eyes relaxed, so what are you waiting for, at least visit your local park more often.
Daily eye exercise – Perfect way to improve your vision completely naturally. This exercises performed on daily basis strengthen the eyes and lead to better vision fast. Before each exercise rest your eyes first by closing them for few minutes, while gently apply heat on them by rubbing your palms together and covering your eyes with them. This way your eyes will be prepared you the exercise. When you finish with exercise, massage your eyes few minutes.
- Roll your eyes in a clockwise motion about 10 times – simplest exercise. (move your eyes around in a circle),
- Look up and down (10 times each),
- Look right – left (10 times each),
- Exercise with pen – Focus on a tip as you move the pen slowly close to your eyes.
Eye Soothing Massage
Eye massage may be very useful and it does not take lot of time so we perform it on daily basis, you only need 2 minutes. Simple using your index finger or thumb gently apply pressure around your eyes and rub the area.
