Why banana and cinnamon you may ask?
Banana is an excellent source of potassium and magnesium, which, according to scientific studies, have impact on dream. These minerals relax the muscles and reduce the negative impact of excessive secretion of cortisol, a stress hormone. In addition that cinnamon gives a pleasant taste, cinnamon relax also. You Will Need:
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbs Cinnamon
In small pot pour water and bring the water to boil and then add one banana, with cuted edges, (unpeeled) which you make sure is washed good prior adding it into the water. Because we use unpeeled banana, organic one is preferred. Let it cook for 10 minutes and then strain the water and pour into a glass or cup. Add 1 Tbs cinnamon powder and stir well. Consume this drink warm, half an hour to an hour before bedtime.
In addition, do not throw the boiled banana, when is cooled, you can eat it with cinnamon on top if you like.
