Prevents Heart Attack, Lowers Cholesterol, Boost Immune System And Much More

Honey and Cinnamon, two very amazing and very healthy and useful ingredients. Each of them has a lot of healthy benefits and when they are combine together, it’s a win-win combination which is a cure for almost everything.

Formerly, it was believed that this perfect combination may restore sight of the blind people or even revive the dead. Eastern nations are considering this combination as most beneficial gift of nature and this elixir is used to treat many diseases.

With combining honey and cinnamon, especially  in the right way, you get a very powerful drug, which is not so well known in the modern world, but it works very well against various diseases. Both ingredients used separately are very healthy and have lot of healthy benefits, but when combining, like we said, they are real miraculous with so many healthy benefits. List is long, starting from heart diseases, high cholesterol, arthritis etc. or just to boost your immune system.

Cardiovascular disease

Make a mixture of honey and cinnamon powder and spread on slice bread. This meal you can eat every day for breakfast. It reduces the cholesterol in the arteries and that way prevent heart attacks. People who have already had a heart attack should eat this combination as prevention for the next attack. The regular use of this combination reduces the loss of breath and strengthens the heart beat. In older age, the arteries and veins lose their flexibility but can lead to blockages. This combination of honey and cinnamon will revitalize the veins and arteries.

Cholesterol

Mix two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of cinnamon powder with half a liter of water. This mixture will reduce the amount of fat in the blood. Some studies shown that people with high cholesterol who used this beverage at least few times a day, their cholesterol level was back in normal.

Immune system

Daily usage of honey and cinnamon strengthens the immune system and protects our body from bacteria and viruses. Honey has various vitamins and also a large amount of iron. Just pour few grams cinnamon powder in 1 tbsp honey and consume this one or twice per day. Constant use of honey and cinnamon strengthens the white blood cells which successfully fight bacteria and viruses.

Arthritis

Add two tablespoons of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of hot water. Stir well and leave it till it become warm and then drink it. If you regularly consume this drink, it can cure chronic arthritis.

Bladder infection

Mix two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and a tablespoon of honey in a glass of warm water and drink it on an empty stomach. Consume this drink once per day. It destroys the germs in the bladder.

Fatigue

Mix a half tablespoons of honey and half a teaspoon of cinnamon in a glass of water. Drink it in the afternoon or when you feel tired. Daily consumption of this drink will increase the vitality and give you more energy within a week.

Cold

Those suffering from colds should take, once a day-three days in a row, one tbsp of honey mixed with half teaspoon cinnamon powder. In this way you will get rid of cough, fever and pain in the sinuses.

Skin infections

Any rashes or infections of the skin can be easily removed if they are coated with a mixture of cinnamon and honey, mixed in equal proportions. Apply the mixture on infected spots and leave the mixture for 30 minutes. Rinse after with warm water.

Pimples and acne

Make a paste of three tbsp of honey and one tbsp of cinnamon. Apply on the pimples before sleeping and the next morning rinse with warm water. If you repeat this procedure every day, within two weeks, it will remove all pimples from the root.

Weight Loss

Boil 200 ml water. Put 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and pour boiled water and cover it for 30 minutes.When the water with cinnamon cools off, add 1 teaspoon of honey. Drink half cup at bedtime, the other half cover and leave in the fridge for next day. Drink first in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not add anything more to this recipe. It only works if you consume it at bedtime and in the morning on an empty stomach.

Longevity

It is believed that the daily intake of tea with honey and cinnamon can extend human’s life. In boiled water add and mix 3 tablespoons honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Prepare it like tea. Drink half cup in the morning and the other half consume it during the day. Your skin will be soft and fresh and you will postpone the onset of wrinkles.
