When we talk about back pain we commonly refer to lumbar pain in the lower spinal column, but it may be located anywhere along the spine. Regardless of which part of the spine occurs most common symptoms are:
- Muscle pain and stiffness,
- Stabbing pain on certain movements,
- Limited mobility,
- Inability to stand straight,
- Pain that spreads along the arms or legs.
In some cases, the pain resolve spontaneously without any treatment. Less commonly, the pain becomes chronic, when additional checks and expert assistance is required. Patients with chronic back pain face significantly reduced quality of life.
The first step to reduce back pain is with medications and analgesics. If back pain last longer and medication does not help, then physiotherapy and kinesitherapy are required enforced by appropriate medical professionals, specialist in physical medicine and physiotherapist.

Add water into a pan and put on heat (water does not need to boil) and put a glass bowl on top of the pan (Like for Steam Cooking-Steaming Technique). Into the bowl add the Olive oil and dried Comfrey Root and Leaves. Cook with occasional stirring for 20-25 minutes. When you are done, let it cool for a bit and strain the liquid into another bowl and put the bowl again into the pan. Now add the drops of essential oil by your wish and add the beeswax also.
