Sesame and Honey Recipe:
This, so called paste, is easy to prepare, you will need 300g of a quality honey (Read here how to distinguish real vs fake honey), 300g of sesame seeds and 2 tbsp olive oil. Place toasted sesame seeds and olive oil in a blender. Blend them about 1 min and add 1 more tbsp olive oil if necessary. Transfer this mixture into empty glass jar and add honey. Stir until you get smooth mixture. Your homemade Tahini is ready for use. Keep the jar in refrigerator.
Consume 1 tbsp every morning on empty stomach and if want 1 tbsp more before going in bed. This amount of the paste per 25g. has about 150 calories, 8 grams of fat, 20 grams of carbohydrates, fiber and 3 grams of protein.
