Start your day with a glass of water
Once you wake up have a glass of water. Water helps you feel healthy and fresh. Even better is if you add a little lemon. Lemon and water will clean your body of toxins.

Red grapes
Cancer research shows that red grapes can stop the formation of tumors leading to the occurrence of breast cancer. That does not mean grape cure cancer, but at least helps to improve health.

An apple a day
Since ancient times there is a rule that to be healthy you need to eat an apple a day. And don’t peel it  because it contains acid that stimulates production of a protein in the body, which in turn prevents loss of muscle mass. Muscle mass helps in burning more calories throughout the day, so it can be said that apple saves you from obesity.

Artificial sweeteners
Keep away from soft drinks and artificial sweeteners. They are dangerous because they  increase the risk of heart problems and diabetes. Instead,drink natural juices and water.

Tea
Often drink tea from berries or plants – they are clean and are a source of health. Green and black tea are recommended.

Eat fish
Fish is among the healthiest foods on the planet. It is loaded with important nutrients, such as protein and vitamin D. Fish is also the world’s best source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for your body and brain.

Exercise
Exercise controls weight, exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. Exercise also combats health conditions and diseases, improves mood and it’s important factor for good health.

Take a break
Stress leads to heart disease, obesity, poor mental health and reduces life expectancy.  Take a break from daily tasks. Use at least the weekend to enjoy the things that you relax.

Visit a doctor
There is no need to go on doctor only when you are sick. Regular supervision and annual systematic checks are highly recommended.
