Urinary tract infection refers to the bacterial infection of the urinary tract, which consists of: urethra, ureters, bladder and kidneys.
They are very common and they do not belong to sexually transmitted diseases or STDs, but, they are an important factor in the development and transmission of infection.
The urinary tract,like we said, consists of: urethra, ureters, bladder and kidneys. All parts of the system for urination can be affected by infection, but the ones which are most often infected are bladder and urethra.
Urinary infection occurs after the bacteria enter (through the urethra) and begin to proliferate in the bladder, after which the urine becomes infected. When there is no infection, urine is sterile and there is no bacteria.

First of all, Drink plenty of water. Although this does sound like a proper medicine, drinking plenty of fluids is one of the most important things you can do for your bladder. Despite the fact that you will remove bacteria out from your body, water will help you to urinate when you have the urge to urinate. Consume at least 10 glasses of water a day or even more if you can. Also, increase your Vitamin C intake or consume more lemons or fresh lemon juice.
Uvin Tea
Uva-ursi or Bearberry is a plant that is used to treat urinary infections. The green, leathery leaves of this plant have antibacterial action and destroy bacteria and viruses.
Preparation:
Few dry leaves put into 250 ml. boiling water, let them stand for 5 minutes, then remove from heat, cover and let them stand additionally for 15 minutes. After this, strain and drink the tea without adding sugar. Consume freshly prepared tea drink two to three times a day.
Natural antibiotic
You will need:
- 250 g. Parsley root
- 250 g. Lemon peel
- 250 g. Honey (Organic)
- 150 ml. Olive oil
Preparation:
First, chop the parsley root in small pieces and put in a blender together with lemon rind, honey and olive oil. Mix all ingredients, until they blend well. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator and consume 1 Tbsp every morning.
