Reduce Alcohol Intake

Alcohol is not just unhealthy habit which lead to healthy problems, like problems with liver etc. but is also one of the things which lead us in gaining weight. Alcohol is loaded with lots of calories by itself, plus when we combine it with soft drinks or ‘junk’ food is perfect to add pounds. So, when you reduce your alcohol intake, on a long term, you will start to reduce weight naturally plus your body will detox by itself.

Regular Meals and Balanced Diet

This is maybe one of the most important. First of all, regular eating is healthy. When you skip meals and have 1 large meal after all day not only that can lead to gain weight, but also can lead to certain health conditions. It’s always better to have 3 regular and well balanced meals including one or two snacks instead of 2 large meals. Starting from breakfast, you probably have heard that breakfast is most important meal of the day. Eat light breakfast like eggs and fruits instead of lot of bacon and sausages or not eating at all.

Also, fruit and vegetables are very important for our health. Try to consume fruits every day, like snack instead of chocolate or some sweet candy or unhealthy food and try to have vegetables in every meal. Nice balanced meal is when half from from the plate is vegetable, 25% high protein food and 25% from the plate are carbs. So, try to eat healthy not just for your weight, but also for your general health.

Avoid Eating Night TIme

Eating late is same big problem as problem with irregular eating. First is not healthy to sleep with full stomach, second this lead to weight gain. Fat deposits, which mostly hit the abdominal area are one of the consequences of eating before bed time. So try to have your dinner until 9 PM. If you are wake late, you can take some fruit which will suppress your hunger instead of another meal. When you stop eating late, if you are overweight, with time, you will notice the difference when you step on your skale.

Get Enough Sleep

When we lack sleep our body does not work as it should and we also easily get stressed, which directly, due to hormones who are related to hunger, lead to gaining weight on long term. Recommended time for adult person is 7-8 hours.
